Robin Hynds is a Vice President with 20 years of experience in healthcare. She has extensive knowledge of healthcare leadership and management, case/care management, utilization management, discharge planning, and ambulatory care management. Robin is instrumental in applying significant emphasis on high level strategies that counter new trends in payment structures that are crucial to moving from a volume based reimbursement environment to value based. She has progressed care coordination and management leading to significant revenue optimization for Lawrence General Hospital as well as establishing a framework for a care delivery system that goes beyond walls of the hospital.
Patrick Vega, M.S., Vice President with Corazon Inc. Consulting, brings over 25 years of achievement in hospitals, health systems and physician practices. Accomplishments include highly successful single site, system and multi-state service line / project launches.
